Thank you to Troy and the APS team for providing a fantastic and seamless experience for our Compass Vogue pool. The honesty, transparency and great communication provided through a great team of professionals who really care about the customer and have pride in what they do was evident throughout our build. The team at APS have brought our dream alive and we can’t recommend or thank the team enough for this wonderful experience.

We can’t speak highly enough of Troy, Tom, and the entire APS team. They’re a fantastic family-owned pool and construction company based in the Hills area, and truly a rare find.

When we built our home in the Hills five years ago, we decided to hold off on adding a pool. But after settling in, we started entertaining the idea and spent a few years exploring our options. We engaged with several pool companies during that time, only to be told the job wasn’t feasible, some even suggested we’d need to remove boundary fences, gas meters, and more just to make it work.

Then we connected with APS and met their sales consultant, Tony. Right away, he inspired confidence that Troy and his team could pull it off, even with zero access. And they did.

Troy personally managed our project end-to-end with incredible professionalism and dedication. From craning in excavators and skip bins, to craning in the pool itself – everything was handled with precision and care. The team’s attention to detail was evident at every stage, and when unexpected challenges arose, they kept us fully informed and offered clear options.

When we were choosing which pool company to go with we wanted honesty and trust, we got this with the whole team from Tony & Troy start to finish. The team were always respectful and very accommodating to our dog who was onsite each day making sure things ran smoothly. It was great dealing with the owner of the business Troy who even came out to grout the pool area on a Sunday. Thanks again team Achievable we are over the moon with our pool.

Troy and the team did a fantastic job on our vantage pool and paving and pool fencing. Really glad we went all out on the self-cleaning system, I’ve only had to empty the leaf filters and the pool looks sparkling every day! I would highly recommend Achievable pools, they were professional, knowledgeable and courteous.

Sales and contracts:
Tony is a true professional and did not beat around the bush. He provided clear options, sound advice, and provided detailed updates throughout the sales and contracting phase. Much of what Tony advised was correct when we entered into the construction phase, showing that he is a straight shooter that takes the time to understand the product he’s selling to the community – thank you again Tony.

Construction:
Troy – you absolute legend. Words fall short of how appreciative we are of your knowledge, leadership, and strive for quality. Troy provided advice and solutions throughout the construction phase and was personally on site to ensure the job was progressing well. Troy has a large network of trusted local contractors who focus on quality, and it shows in the final product – thank you again Troy and the construction team!

Administration:
Rachelle is responsive and clear in her communication and requirements of us. When we had questions she would always provide options and escalate when appropriate. Rachelle’s can do attitude was obvious and appreciated – thank you again Rachelle!

Main challenges:
We have a sloping property, just 10m wide with all sorts of hurdles in the back yard. Storm water drain on one side, pipes through the middle, man hole on on the other side. But none of that stopped Troy and the team – “achievable” not just by name! To boot, our access was on the side of the house and it’s narrow with stairs to navigate!

Final thoughts:

I wanted to share some feedback on your broader team — from Tony in Sales, Rachelle in the office, through to Thomas in site management and everyone supporting behind the scenes. What an operation! Your team is truly outstanding. We’ve completed quite a lot of work on our home over the years, including a major renovation with many trades involved — and without hesitation, your team stands out as the best we’ve worked with.

We moved into North Kellyville after constructing a new house. There were several new homes that installed pools in my area . I spoke to 9 different homes around my house who installed pools. Everybody had a list of problems with their pool companies. So I did a lot of research before signing with Achievable pools.

To put the whole story in a nutshell we had zero problems from start to finish.Troy the owner is a very very honest gentleman that I have ever come across. The costs were clearly given to us upfront and there were no changes in these costs other than unforeseen circumstances and for extras we asked for.

The team is highly skilled and the entire team has been together for almost a decade and are more like family and therefore excellent communication and coordination within the team.

They installed the pool, constructed a retaining wall laid turf and finished off with glass and aluminium fencing.

The pool and my whole backyard is neighbour’s envy owner’s pride. Highly recommend Achievable Pools.

Wow! Inquiry to Handover 5 months before we expected it. Troy and his team treated us with respect throughout the whole process. No question was considered silly. The weather was no issue despite the obstacles it raised. We had (unknown) issues with existing infrastructure that Achievable remedied for us to allow completion. We approached this company because of the Vantage self cleaning system and they met then exceeded all our expectations in the product supplied, the way they supplied it, the time frame they supplied it in and the finished product.

The best pool builder in Sydney is Troy with Achievable Pools. A Quality product and a quality build from experienced professionals. We had our pool installed in 2022. Troy and his team did an excellent job. We were kept informed throughout the entire process, we were given some options throughout the build which meant we got exactly the pool we wanted.

A few things had slight changes during the build that were unavoidable, these things were explained to us during construction. We went for a 8m x 4m pool with an automated Haywood filtration system and a Haywood heater. Absolutely brilliant system, i can monitor and turn my filtration system and heater on and off from my phone app from any location.

Building a swimming pool was a big investment for us, we have a young family and we are looking foward to years of swimming enjoyment. You must get a quote from Achievable Pools if your considering putting in a pool. Thanks Troy and the team for installing the best quality pool we could have bought, and doing the best job possible.

Amazing pools by amazing family owned business…Troy and the team are really easy to deal with and so experienced to guide you. The in floor cleaning is a game changer. We have a tree and spend no time clearing leaves, the pool is always ready to swim in.
